"Angels Among Us" is a non-profit organization established in Pittsburg Kansas. The mission of our organization is to provide financial assistance to local cancer patients when the high cost of their treatments and/or medications become a financial burden.
To assist the organization, an advisory committee composed of an oncologist, a social worker, nurses at Mt. Carmel Cancer Center and several local community members was also created.
"Angels" is run completely by volunteers with all money raised (except for some minor expenses such as office supplies) staying in this locale to be used for the stated mission.
